Flow of data from Niche to Allocate:

• Niche replication (Prod → Reporting DB)
• Runs every 15 minutes on a fixed schedule.

• Any data recorded in the production database is copied into the reporting database at the next scheduled run.

• Qlik Report Update
• Runs every 30 minutes on a fixed schedule* (18 and 48 mins past the hour).

• Each refresh uses whatever is present in the reporting database at that time.

• CSV Export and Transfer to DEX
• A CSV of the Qlik report is generated every 60 minutes on a fixed schedule.

• The CSV is immediately transferred to the DEX integration server.

• Upload to Allocate
• Once the CSV reaches the DEX server, it is uploaded into Allocate immediately.

\* This is dependent on it having a task slot available for it to run at that time which is rare at peak times of the day. When that happens it will sit in a queue for up to 55 mins before aborting if it doesn’t get a slot.
